Requirements Analysis

The initial phase of our process incorporates a detailed needs analysis that will identify an organization specific software requirements.

Configuration

The second phase of a project is the physical installation of the software, data migration from the legacy system and software configuration.

Modifications

Dynamics can be modified per specific customer requirement. Modifications to the software can range from simple to complex. Simple modifications may incorporate changing the field names, whereas more complies modifications may incorporate the entire ‘re-write’ of a module to match a company’s exact business process.

Integrations

Dynamics can be integrated with other applications per specific customer requirements. Integrations can range from simple to complex. Simple integrations may incorporate importing Payroll summary data from an outside Payroll Service into the Dynamics GL, whereas a more complex integration may incorporate integration between a customer’s existing eCommerce web site and the Dynamics Sales and Inventory modules.

Training and Testing

The final phase of a project is the end-user training, parallel testing and report writing. Throughout all phases of the project, we adhere to a project management approach that establishes consistency and continuity for the project team.

Post Implementation Support

Following the successful implementation of a business management software application, we continue to provide our support through hosting user group meetings, publishing product-specific newsletters, offering phone/e-mail support plans, installing software updates, providing on-going system training and year-end assistance.
